Get new moms to engage more often with Enfamil by creating editorial emails driven by “moments of meaning”

Approach

Following an audit of the existing email landscape, we created a new email series with a new identity, a fresh tone and content that new moms could connect with.

A new look

We developed a new look and feel, with a fresh color palette, new icons, authentic photography and a flexible system for new content.

An editorial take

Our work included a series of six fully designed emails, guidelines for the brand team, and a full year content calendar driven by a flexible editorial framework that allowed for relevant brand and product stories, seasonal moments and key points in the motherhood journey.
