Increase online word of mouth by creating a social loyalty program that rewards brand advocates when they post about La Mer on social.

With more and more women looking to social for beauty recommendations, our CRM and social strategy reaches women where they are—turning skincare enthusiasts with an affinity for La Mer into big brand advocates.

Social loyalty

The top 10% of La Mer’s social followers were selected to be official #LaMermaids and invited to a private Facebook group. They were offered free samples, exclusive access and invites to special events, along with rewards for posting about La Mer on their social channels.

All about engagement

We created a full series of communications designed to increase conversion and encourage engagement. Digital event invites tracked attendance and triggered further communications and a chatbot turned even simple surveys in a brand conversation.
